Greg Riccardi Interview

 Greg started at the ripe, young age of 16 and a half when he used his summer job money to purchase his first video camera. He was only a junior at Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey when he shot his first wedding (back then the best camera you could get was VHS!). Since then he has shot over 2,000 weddings, and has passed through every iteration of camera type and film format. Greg prides himself on capturing stunning and compelling cinematic shots while also having fun and becoming part of the family. 

Steven Gregory Studios was born out of the career-long collaboration and friendship of Photographer Steven Gursey and Cinematographer Greg Riccardi. Both have worked for — and built the reputations of — several other high-end wedding studios in New Jersey for over 25 years each. In the latter part of 2019 they decided it was time to “take the plunge” and launch their own studio.
